The addition of Xcelicor’s team to its Human Resources Transformation (HRT) service line further positions Deloitte Consulting as a leading provider of Oracle human capital technology-related consulting services to the market.

Deloitte Consulting has acquired the assets of Xcelicor, Inc., a leading North American Oracle Human Capital Management systems integrator. The acquisition increases Deloitte’s Human Capital services capability by more than 90 total employees, including more than 80 consulting professionals. It also reinforces Deloitte’s position as a leading provider of Oracle human capital technology-related consulting services to the market.
